We accept

  • Prepayment, PayPal, credit card, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Klarna instalment purchase, Klarna on account, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and cash on collection within Germany.


Credit card - Simply pay securely
With the TÜV-certified payment system Stripe, you can pay us easily and simply with your credit card. 


 PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - free of charge. The instant payment method PayPal Express is only available until you have entered your address in the shop or created a customer account.

  • Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the internet again every time you make an online purchase.
  • Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card details stored at PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase.
  • Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can ship the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Sign up and start using PayPal immediately:

  • Open a PayPal account.
  • Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
  • And you can already pay with PayPal.


Further details on payment

We reserve the right in individual cases to make delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days in the case of payment on account.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Shipping

All prices include statutory VAT.

General shipping information
You will receive an automated e-mail with shipping information (e.g. package number, shipping date, etc.) as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
You can check the status of your shipment after approx. 18 - 36 hours at any time free of charge online with the respective carrier via the sent link.

E-cigarettes are shipped exclusively within Germany! 

Shipping costs within Germany

For an order value below 30,00EUR we charge an additional delivery fee, in the amount of 2,95EUR.
From an order value of 30,00€ we deliver free of shipping costs.

Age verification

Products that require a minimum age of 18 years are shipped with DHL age verification.

The deliverer will check the age of the recipient/authorized person by means of an official photo document. Delivery to neighbors or other residents of the house is not permitted.

Shipping service provider & delivery area

We ship according to your wishes by DHL or DPD, optionally also as express.
We ship exclusively to Germany, a delivery to other countries is not possible.

 

Packstation

To have your package delivered to a Packstation, please enter the Packstation number and your PostID in the delivery address.

Shipment tracking

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a link to track the shipment.
Also in your customer account you will find a link to the tracking in the corresponding order.

 

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation in the case of deliveries abroad (after receipt of payment in the case of agreed advance payment). Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
